Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Bentonite clay
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil, at room temperature/liquid state
- ¾ teaspoon unrefined high mineral rock salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoon distilled water to thin, more as needed
- 1/4 teaspoon thieves oil or any therapeutic grade essential oil you prefer.
- 1/50 teaspoon neem powder
- 1/7 teaspoon clove Essential oil (Optional, very effective against toothache)
- 1 teaspoon whole ground stevia leaves (Optional, as sweetner)
Directions
- In a small glass bowl, blend coconut oil, stevia, salt, baking soda, neem powder and essential oils until well incorporated.
- Now mix in the bentonite clay and slowly add water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Once you get a smooth paste you are done.
Notes -
- It is preferred that this toothpaste be stored in a 100% BPA-free and PC-free container.
- All ingredients should preferably be natural, unadulterated, organic, pesticide-insecticide free & Non-GMO.
- Do NOT ingest this mixture.
- Do NOT add more ingredients than the recommended amount.
- Check for any allergies with the ingredients given, particularly with essential oils.
