Option X: ELON MUSK
12-14 Hour Work Day
 (7 days a week) (85-100 hrs/week = 5000hrs/year= 100% Possible at MAX capacity) -
Best for CEO's/Tycoons/Entrepreneurs working towards making "THE" difference with a team of at least 2 personal assistants.
  1. 14 hours = Work
  2. 7 hours = Sleep
    With ~45% Sleep Efficiency (25% REM Sleep + 20% Deep Sleep),
    i.e., getting at least ~3.15 hours of effective sleep every day (out of an actual total of 7 hours slept).
  3. 3 hours = Rest of the day
      1. 1/2 hour = Getting Ready (Washing up + brushing teeth + Toilet)
      2. ~1/2 hour = Food (attending meetings while eating) 
      3. ~0 hours = Travel to & from places (always working while traveling)
      4. ~0 hours = Household Work + Out of Home Chores (assistants do all the handy work and chores)
      5. 1/2 hour = Sex / Meditation / Exercise
      6. 1 hours = Family + Going Out + TV + (Maximum 1 Movie per week)
      7. 1/2 hour = Me Time + Internet



    Option 1: PARENTS
    6 Hour Work Day 
     (5 days a week) (30 hrs/week = 1600hrs/year = 30% of MAX capacity) -
    Best for parents with children who attend school 5 days a week
    or old-age/disabled and/or part-time consultants/workers.

    1. 6 hours = Work
    2. 8 hours = Sleep
      With ~45% Sleep Efficiency (25% REM Sleep + 20% Deep Sleep),
      i.e., getting at least ~3.6 hours of effective sleep every day (out of an actual total of 8 hours slept).
    3. 10 hours = Rest of the day
        1. 2 hour = Getting (oneelf and kids) Ready (Washing up + brushing teeth + Toilet)
        2. 1 hour = Food  
        3. 1 hour = Travel to & from places
        4. 2 hour = Household Work + Out of Home Chores
        5. 1 hour = Sex + Meditation + Exercise
        6. 2 hours = Family + Going Out + Movie + TV
        7. 1 hour = Me Time + Internet 


        Option 2: CONVENTIONAL
        8-10 Hour Work Day (5-4 days a week) (40 hrs/week
         = 2100hrs/year = 40% of MAX capacity) 
        The conventional workday schedule that most companies follow.
        1. 8-10 hours = Work
        2. 7.5 hours = Sleep
          With ~45% Sleep Efficiency (25% REM Sleep + 20% Deep Sleep),
          i.e., getting at least ~3.4 hours of effective sleep everyday (out of an actual total of 7.5 hours slept).
        3. 8.5/6.5 hours = Rest of the day
          1. 1 hour = Getting Ready (Washing up + brushing teeth + Toilet)
          2. 1 hour = Food

          4. 1 hour = Household Work + Out of Home Chores
          5. 1 hour = Sex + Meditation + Exercise

        Option 3: OVERTIME
        10 Hour Work Day
         (6 days a week) (60hrs/week = 3100hrs/year = 60% of MAX capacity) -
        Best for youngsters; who are single and/or have no children and are looking to save up for the future.
        1. 10 hours = Work
        2. 7.5 hours = Sleep
          With ~45% Sleep Efficiency (25% REM Sleep + 20% Deep Sleep),
          i.e., getting at least ~3.4 hours of effective sleep every day (out of an actual total of 7.5 hours slept).
        3. 6.5 hours = Rest of the day
            1. 1 hour = Getting Ready (Washing up + brushing teeth + Toilet)
            2. 1 hour = Food  
            3. 1 hour = Travel to & from places
            4. 1/2-1 hour = Household Work + Out of Home Chores
            5. 1/2-1 hour = Sex + Meditation + Exercise
